Siem ត្រូវបានប្តីប្រពន្ធ ជនជាតិអាឡឺម៉ង់មួយគូ ដែលចុះមកទស្សនាប្រាសាទបាយ័ន្ត នាក្រុងសៀមរាប នៅ ចុងខែកុម្ភៈ 2023។ ពួកគាត់បានប្រទះឃើញកូនឆ្មានេះ ដោយក្តីអាណិតអាសូរ និងយល់ថា បើគ្មានការសង្រ្គោះនោះទេ កូនឆ្មា Siem ដែលមានអាយុប្រហែល 3សប្តាហ៍ ច្បាស់ជាស្លាប់មិនខាន ដូចនេះគាត់ក៏បានប្រាប់ទៅអ្នករត់រឺម៉ុកកង់បី ដែលជូនគាត់កំសាន្តប្រាសាទ អោយនាំពួកគាត់ និងកូនឆ្មាមក គ្លីនិកសត្វអង្គរ ដើម្បីសង្គ្រោះ ទទួលការពិនិត្យ និងសំរាកព្យាបាល។
នៅពេលនោះ កូនឆ្មា Siem មានសភាពស្គមរីងរៃតែពោះធំ កង្វះអាហាររូបត្តម្ភ រលាកច្រមុះ មានសត្វល្អិត និងជំងឺរាគឈាមប៉ាវ៉ូ  （Panleukopenia Virus) ។ ដោយសារត្រូវដល់ពេលកំណត់ដែរជនជាតិអាឡឺម៉ង់ដែលសង្គ្រោះកូនឆ្មា ត្រូវត្រលប់ទៅប្រទេសពួកគាត់វិញ តែគាត់បានផ្តាំផ្ញើថាគាត់នឹងមកទទួលយក Siem វិញនៅពេលកូនឆ្មាមានសុខភាពល្អ និងរៀបចំឯកសារសំរាប់ចេញទៅប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង់រួចរាល់។ គាត់ក៏បានប្រាប់យើងថា Siem គឺតំណាងនិងការចងចាំនៃ សៀមរាប ជាទីក្រុងដែលគាត់បានជួបកូនឆ្មាឈ្មោះ សៀម ហើយគាត់ពិតជាស្រឡាញ់ ភាពបរិសុទ្ធ និងរួសរាយរាក់ទាក់របស់ប្រជាជននៅទីនេះ។ មិត្តភក្រជនជាតិខ្មែរគាត់ហៅកូនឆ្មានេះឈ្មោះ សំណាង ដោយយល់ថា វាពិតជាមានសំណាងដែលមានគេសង្រ្គោះទាន់ពេលវេលា ហើយក៏សង្ឃឹមកូនឆ្មានេះ នឹងនាំលាភសំណាងទៅអ្នកសង្គ្រោះគាត់វិញ។

Siem was rescued by a German couple visiting Angkor Wat at the end of February 2023. They found the kitten in a pitiful state and realized that without help, Siem, who was only about 3 weeks old, would certainly die. They told us when first saw Siem, they were heartbroken. The tiny kitten was barely clinging to life, his eyes were dull, his fur was matted, and he was too weak to even lift his head. They continued, we knew we had to help him," said by the German couple. "He was so small and vulnerable, and we couldn't just leave him there to die. So, they asked their tuk-tuk driver to take them and the kitten to Angkor Vet Clinic for rescue, examination, and treatment.

At that time, Siem was very thin, malnutrition, had a runny nose, parasites, and was suffering from Panleukopenia. The German couple, who had to return to their country, promised to come back for Siem once the kitten was healthy and had the necessary documents for traveling to Germany.

They told us that Siem represented their memories of Siem Reap, a city where they met this kitten, and that they loved the purity and friendliness of the Khmer people. Their Khmer friends named the kitten 'Samnang' (meaning 'Lucky'), believing that the kitten was lucky to be rescued in time and hoped that Siem would bring good luck to its rescuers.

ក្រោយពីមានការព្យាយាមថែទាំនិងព្យាបាលយ៉ាងដិតដល់ពី ក្រុមការងារគ្លីនិកសត្វអង្គរ Siem មានភាពប្រសើរពីមួយថ្ងៃទៅមួយថ្ងៃ។ នៅពេលដែរយើងសង្កេតឃើញថា Siem មានស្ថានភាពល្អសំរាប់ចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំង និងរៀបចំឯកសារសំរាប់ការឆ្លងដែនគាត់ទៅប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង់ហើយ យើងក៏ចាប់ផ្តើមរៀបចំធ្វើការងារជូនទៅកូនឆ្មានេះ។

ទីបំផុតការរងចាំនូវឱកាសដ៏ប្រពៃរបស់កូនឆ្មា និងប្តីប្រពន្ធជនជាតិអាឡឺម៉ង់ក៏មកដល់ នោះគឺពួកគាត់បានចុះមកទស្សនាក្រុងសៀមរាបម្តងទៀត និងមកទទួលឆ្មាកំលោះ Siem ទៅប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង់ជាមួយគាត់ដូចដែលគាត់បានសន្យា។ ក្រោមការរៀបចំឯកសារពី គ្លីនិកសត្វអង្គរ Siem បានទៅដល់ប្រទេសអាឡឺម៉ង់ដោយក្តីរីករាយ និងមានផ្ទះយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅមួយសំរាប់កូនឆ្មាដ៏កំសត់នេះ។

ជាចុងក្រោយយើងមានតែជូនពរ ទៅប្តីប្រពន្ធជនជាតិអាឡឺម៉ង់ និងឆ្មាកំលោះយើង មានសំណាងល្អ និងសុខភាពម៉ាំទាំជារៀងរហូត។

After intensive care and treatment by the Angkor Vet Clinic team, Siem gradually improved. When we observed that Siem was in good condition to receive vaccinations and prepare processes for travel to Germany, we began to make arrangements for the kitten.

Finally, the long-awaited moment for both the kitten and the German couple arrived. They returned to Siem Reap and took Siem back to Germany as promised. With documents prepared by the Angkor Vet Clinic, Siem traveled to Germany happily and now has a forever home.

កូនឆ្មាឈ្មោលឈ្មោះ ថៃហ្គ័រ ត្រូវបានប្រទះឃើញនៅតាមដងផ្លូវដោយប្តីប្រពន្ធពីរនាក់ ដែលសភាពសត្វក្នុងពេលនោះ មិនសូវល្អ និងខ្សោយខ្លាំង ហើយពួកគាត់ក៏បានយកវាមកអោយ ក្រុមការងារនៅ គ្លីនិកសត្វអង្គរ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ ជួនចំពេល ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែលលោកស្រី ឌីបូរ៉ា ដែលជាស្ត្រីមានក្តីស្រឡាញ់និងអាណិតកូនឆ្មានោះយ៉ាងខ្លាំងក៏បានទទួលតាមសំណូមពរ ពីប្តីប្រពន្ធពីរនាក់នោះដើម្បីទទួលមើលថែចិញ្ចឹមជាបណ្តោះអាសន្នរបស់ដល់កូនសត្វរកម្ចាស់ថ្មីបាន។ ដោយក្តីអាណិតនិងស្រឡាញ់ លោកស្រី ឌីបូរ៉ា ក៏យល់ព្រមទទួលតាមសំណើរ ហើយក៏យកកូនឆ្មានោះទៅមើលថែទាំនៅផ្ទះ របស់គាត់។ ក្នុងអំឡុងប្រហែល១០ថ្ងៃកូនសត្វមានសភាព និងសុខភាពធម្មតា តែមានថ្ងៃមួយកូនឆ្មា ស្រាប់តែសន្លប់ បាត់បង់ស្មារតី ហើយលោកស្រីក៏បានប្រញាប់យកកូនឆ្មាមក គ្លីនិកសត្វអង្គរ ដើម្បីធ្វើការសង្គ្រោះ។ ក្រោមការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង របស់ក្រុមការងារបសុពេទ្យរបស់គ្លីនិកយើងក៏បានជួយអោយសត្វផុតពីសេចក្តីស្លាប់ និងងើបពីសន្លប់និងមានភាពប្រសើរខ្លះ តែពេលនោះយើងក៏បានស្នើរសុំលោកស្រីដើម្បីពិនិត្យឈាមនិងលាមក ហើយក៏ឃើញថា សត្វមានវិជ្ជមានជំងឺ ប៉ាវូឆ្មា (Feline Panleukopenia) ដែលនេះជាជំងឺឆ្លងមួយដែលមានអត្រាស្លាប់យ៉ាងខ្ពស់បំផុត។ តែបើទោះជាយ៉ាងណា ទាំងលោកស្រី និងក្រុមការងារបសុពេទ្យរបស់យើងថានឹងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងអោយអស់សមត្ថភាពដើម្បីតស៊ូជាមួយកូនឆ្មានេះ ដើម្បីប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយជំងឺដែលបង្កដោយវីរុសនេះ។ វាពិតជាគួរអោយអស្ចារ្យថា ពីមួយថ្ងៃទៅមួយថ្ងៃ សភាពជំងឺរបស់ថៃហ្គ័រ មានសភាពប្រសើរឡើងៗ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ១០ថ្ងៃ ក្រោយពីសត្វលែងមានរោគសញ្ញា យើងក៏បានធ្វើតេស្តម្តងទៀត ក៏ឃើញថា សត្វមានអវិជ្ជមានពីជំងឺ និងជាសះស្បើយតែម្តង។ ពេលនោះទាំងក្រុមការងារបសុពេទ្យ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់របស់គ្លីនិក ហើយនិងលោកស្រី ឌីបូរ៉ា ពិតជាមានសោមនស្សរីករាយពី ភាពខ្លាំងក្លារបស់សត្វដែលបានពុះពារជំនះបាននូវជំងឺដ៏ កាចសាហាវនេះ។ ក្រោយមកលោកស្រីក៏បានយកសត្វនិងថែទាំបន្តនៅផ្ទះ និងក៏ដើម្បីស្វែងរកម្ចាស់ឆ្មាថ្មី ដែលនឹងផ្តល់នូវ ក្តីស្រឡាញ់យ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅទៅដល់កូនសត្វនេះ។ នៅទីបំផុត កូនឆ្មានេះក៏ត្រូវបាន មានការអាណិតស្រឡាញ់ពីម្ចាស់ថ្មីដែលមាន ឈ្មោះកញ្ញា មករា មកទទួលយកទៅចិញ្ចឹមនិងផ្តល់ក្តីស្រឡាញ់ជាតរៀងទៅ។
 
The little male kitten Tiger had found on the street by a kind husband and wife, the kitten was under very bad conditions and weak, they brought the kitten to Angkor Vet Clinic for help. Luckily in the meantime after Tiger is checked and Ms. Deborah who saw the kitten and really love him and willing to foster the kitten, the couple agreed with the request for that and she is allowed to take care the kitten until Tiger can find a new home. The good heart woman Ms. Deborah brought kitten for caring at her home.
10days later Tiger has collapsed without showing any other symptoms so Ms. Deborah brought him right away to Angkor Vet Clinic for emergency, after very a hardworking from the team of Angkor Vet Clinic, we saved him and requested the foster to keep the kitten for monitoring, blood tests and other tests to find out the problem and she agreed. After all the tests had done we confirmed that Tiger is positive for Panleukopenia (Parvovirus in Cat), it was very bad news for everyone as the fatal rate of this disease caused by virus is very high and it is contagious. However, all the team of Angkor Vet Clinic and Ms. Deborah want to give Tiger a second chance (or even the third chance if we count from the first day when he arrived at the clinic) so we together agreed to fight with this virus and help Tiger. From day to day the conditions of this kitten has been improving which this brought us more light for his survival, 10days later he is back in good health and the test showed that Panleukopenia is Negative, this time everyone was almost tear with joy because we knew that this is amazing and Tiger is a strong and lucky boy who has been stay strong and never gave up on his fighting with this deadly virus with us. Ms. Deborah got the good news and came in immediately for giving her love and care then bring the kitten home. The next step has come as Tiger is healthy and ready to get a new home. This time he is lucky again after we shared the info of his adopting there is a person who contacted us and want to give all her love to this little boy and we agreed to let them seeing each other and to understand how all of them react to each other, everything went perfectly well he jumped into the new owner Ms. Makara just like he knew that this is his new forever owner and love. Finally, Tiger has a new home and a very kind and love him and promised to give all her best for this boy! We sincerely thank you for everyone sharing all their loves and cares for Tiger from the first day until now!

It has been more than 2 months that Whiskey away from home. Luckily someone found him and brought to Angkor Vet Clinic and we knew it is him and contacted to his owner and he came. What we can see at the end is happy reunion!
